100 Years of Aging Across the World

Lund University PhD student, Aron Strandberg, developed a GIF, from the United Nations World Population Prospects, tracking the median population age from 1960 to the present. It also projects what will happen in the next 40 years. The median age rises more in wealthy and middle-income countries than in poorer ones. Also, the median age is going up in almost every country across the world. More, here.
