If you’re not a technologist, or a serious tech aficionado, you can probably be forgiven for not knowing that Tel Aviv is one of the hottest start-up beds in the world. It’s often referred to as the second Silicon Valley. It’s not surprising, therefore, that it’s taking a cue from it’s California namesake, and starting to work on new technologies for seniors. The Jerusalem Post covers six tech startups serving US seniors, and based out of Israel. There’s some exciting stuff coming, and even more to follow as the global market increases.
