Positive Thinking Informs Positive Aging

Minnesota Public Radio aired a short broadcast about positive thinking and its effect on aging, which cites a study that Becca Levy, a professor of epidemiology and psychology at the Yale School of Public Health conducted. She found that people with a positive view of aging lived on average 7 and a half years longer than those with a negative attitude. More, here.
