If you’re not a technologist, or a serious tech aficionado, you can probably be forgiven for not knowing that Tel Aviv is one of the hottest start-up beds in the world. It’s often referred to as the second Silicon Valley. It’s not surprising, therefore, that it’s taking a cue from it’s California namesake, and starting to work on new technologies for seniors.
